We are a family run business based in south Shropshire. We specialise in the supply, manufacture and installation of a wide range of window and door systems.

We have many years experience in the industry and we pride ourselves on giving all our customers a first class service from the first call to the finished project. Our excellent after care service is both personal and efficient.

Only trained and competent engineers carry out our work, so you can rest assured that your product will be installed and maintained to the highest standard.

We are able to offer thermally broken profiles including windows, curtain walling, and ground floor shop fronts as well as a non thermal systems. Combined with a suitable double glazed unit we can achieve low U values, which in-turn vastly reduces overall heat loss.

We are open from 8.30am-4pm Monday to Friday and will be able to give you the opportunity to view various samples, brochures and colour swatches as well as being able to discuss your requirements further and answer any questions you may have.

Richard Smith

Managing Director

Rich is our Managing Director here at RTS. With over two decades worth of industry experience he is the man behind the name. In his spare time Richard enjoys being at home with his family, socialising with friends and playing golf.

Chris Chadd

Operations Manager

Chris is our Operations Manager and joined RTS in 2021. Chris brings with him over 20 years experience within this role and the industry. In his spare time Chris enjoys a game or two of Golf and spending time with his family and friends.

Claire Holyday

Office Manager

Claire is our Office Manager and has been with RTS since 2019. Claire has over 20 years’ experience within the administration sector. In her spare time Claire enjoys being at home with her family, socialising with friends, baking and buying half the contents of a B&M store with a Costa in her hand.

Yasmen Lane

Business Administrator/ Service Co-ordinator

Yasmen is our Business Administrator and also looks after the Services & Call outs. Yasmen joined RTS in 2020 and has 10 years experience within the administration sector. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her two boys and family and meeting her friends for a few cocktails.

Stuart Shuker

Production Manager

Stuart is our Production Manager and looks after the Factory, also being one of our Fabrication and Installation Engineers, he has over 20 years experience in this industry and joined RTS in late 2020. In his spare time Stuart enjoys DIY at home and watching the football.

Shaun Tolley

Fabrication & Installation Engineer

Shaun is one of our Fabrication and Installation Engineers and joined RTS in 2022. In his spare time, Shaun enjoys spending time with his Grandchildren and playing Golf.

Camron Preece

Trainee Fabricator

Camron is the newest addition to our team and joined RTS Doors in late 2023. He has a couple years experience in the Glazing Industry and joined us to develop his skills and become a fully fledged Fabricator/Installation Engineer. In his spare time Camron enjoys going to the Gym and spending time with Family and Friends.

Jim Millman

Installation/Service Engineer

Jim is one of our Installation/Service Engineers. He has over 20 years industry experience and has been part of our team for over 10 years. In his spare time Jim likes to play outdoor bowls.
